Bloggin' - Twitterin' - and Press Releasin'

Hi everyone. I've finally got the blog started on my site, you can see it at

(still tweaking the design). Also I'm on twitter with name DrDavidJohnson
and I've started doing press releases for publicizing new services provided by my company.
Here are a couple tips for people thinking of doing press releases.
I found this list which gets updated and shows press release sites that accept submissions for free:

Individual sites may make you create an account, so keep records. They also have guidelines that
can be helpful in getting your release accepted. I submitted to about a dozen sites and did not have
any rejected. The guidelines can help you write a more effective release. Note that the process of
submitting your release takes time, but it gives you some valuable online exposure because it
creates back links to your site!
