Powerhouse marketing ideas for small and solo business

I am looking forward to viewing the information available here. I'm hoping to get some tips and tricks for marketing my on-line businesses, and maybe to offer some ideas myself. I just am not getting the results I want from the marketing I've been doing, so I set up an advertising site of my own. It is totally unique in that I invite people to advertise. It is a free site for now, and people who join remain free after it goes subscription. The problem is, I'm getting lots of visitors (150 plus per day), but no one is registering as members. I'm wondering if some of you would look at the site and tell me what you see that needs to be changed. The site is www.majicmoneytree.com. I would really appreciate it.
